Go Carbon Free Label
The Carbon Free Valais Foundation, established in 2021, aims to guide Valais and Swiss companies toward achieving zero-carbon objectives by 2050. To support this mission, the foundation awards the "GO Carbon Free" label to companies or events that demonstrate a commitment to reducing their ecological impact. Recipients of the label pledge to lower their CO₂ emissions and contribute financially to the foundation, with one contribution per tonne of CO₂ emitted.
The GO Carbon Free label can be awarded to companies, events, products, services, and processes. All funds raised through contributions are reinvested in concrete climate projects, ensuring a tangible impact on reducing carbon emissions.
